  Where are your products manufactured?
  Our ceramic products, stainless-steel and silicone rubber are manufactured in China. And glass teapots and mugs are made in Taiwan.
  Do your products contain any lead or hazardous material?
  Due to the nature of the product we take extra caution in selecting the materials used for our products, and all our products meet the safety standard of FDA and California Proposition 65.
  How do your products come packaged?
  With the exception of our cups and mugs that come in sets of four, most of our products come in a gift box for easy stocking and display.
  May I have a catalog?
  Please contact us with your mailing address and we will send a catalog to you.

  PLACING ORDERS / PAYMENT
  What is the minimum on opening orders? And re-orders?
  The minimum requirement for an opening order is $250. Re-orders are $50.
  What type of payment method do you accept?
  For first time orders we require a credit card payment and there if you would like to set up Net terms, please fill out and fax us an account application form.
  What forms of payment do you accept?
  After your first order: 
          (a) set up Net 30 days Terms with us, please fill out an account application
          (b) credit cards we accept are VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS
  When will my credit card be charged?
  Your order will be charged prior to shipping, not at the time of placing order.
  How can I check status of my order?

  Can I still cancel my order after placing an order?
  Yes, if we have not yet shipped your order. You can login to our website and click the "My Account" link to check your order status and history.

  SHIPPING
  How long does it usually take to receive my order?
 

Lead time will take 3-5 business days. And once your order has left our warehouse, shipping duration via UPS Ground Service within the U.S. mainland will be depending on where your business is located:
           - Pacific Coast = 2 to 3 business days
           - Central = 3 to 4 business days
           - East Coast = 4-5 business days
(Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands please add 2-3 business days for customs clearance.)

  Do you pay for shipping on backorders?
  Our company policy states that all shipping costs will be billed to the customer.
  Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
  We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes but it may be used for receiving invoices.
  Do you accept drop shipment?
  As company policy, we do not drop ship any orders.

  Will you accept an account without bank references?
  Sure, but in that case, your term will be pre-pay only.
  What type of information do we collect? What is it used for?
  We need to know your company name, contact name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, shipping and billing information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We will also use e-mail and mail catalogs to let you know about our new products. If you do not wish to receive any mail in the future, please let us know by sending us a message via e-mail, fax or give us a call.

  RETURN POLICY
  What is your return & exchange policy?
  Please inspect all items once you received, and if you found breakage or defect with your purchase or all other claims, please report us within 10 days in writing with packing list #, item # and the condition of damage.
